90 SMK in .223 Remington w/H414

I've been working up various .223 Remington 80 SMK loads for F T/R Mid-range & Service Rifle Mid Range of late and now that I have a 1:6.5 twist rate bbl, am now looking at the 90's. I seen in the Hodgdon data H414 is listed among the powders for the 90 SMK loading with a max. at 24 grains. Hodgdon also has the COAL at 2.390.

Does anyone have experience running the 90's with H414 (or Win 760 & CFE 223 for that matter)?

Can anyone share some insight as to why the 90 SMK COAL is listed at 2.390 vice a full run out at ~2.550 like the 80 SMK in most manuals?

I believe it could be the designs of the bullet being different dimentionally than the 80's are.

I cut my .223 Rem. throat very long so that both the Berger 80.5s and Sierra 90 MKs have their bearing shank/boat tail shoulder right at the neck/shoulder junction of the case when jumping .030". With 23.7 gr. of Varget and a 30" bbl I am getting 2780 fps or so w/ retained 1000 yd. velocity of 1400+fps. Would love to hear how yours works out with slower powder.
