I use varget with the 87 gr. Vmax. but it was in a 6MM Remington. I believe I used 39 grs. for about 3200 fps. I don't remember the actual formula anymore since I rebarrelled to 6XC. Now I use 37 grs. Varget for 3192 fps. Never had a 243 but this should give you some idea.Does anyone use varget?
Agreed that the OP can derive perfectly adequate estimated load data for an 87 gr bullet from the known 85/90 gr data using simple linear interpolation..Here's some info.

Yep. I believe 39 or 39.1 gr under a 70 Blitzking at 3420fps. Very accurate too.Does anyone use varget?
