Suggested final loads,work up): 30.5 N135 or 31.2 N140.
With .250 of bullet shank in the neck, QuickLOAD says you'll be at 100% of case capacity with 30.5 N135 or 31.2 N140, but we've usually found you can stretch that a bit.
Those loads are both predicted to run about 55,000 psi. NOTE: that assumes 2.26" Cartridge overall length and not seating into the lands. Loading shorter and/or seating into the lands can raise pressures. Corrected for into lands seating, 31.2 N140 would be about 58,800 psi, pretty stout.
