8208 XBR and the 6xc

Still waiting for my 6xc to be finished and am trying to figure out what loads to start playing with has anyone tried the new 8208-XBR with a 105 A-Max or 107 SMK?

I just tried it with some lighter PD stuff (70's and 88's) I don't think its going to work as well as the usual RL15, RL17, H4350, varget, VV150/550/160/560 etc., if you seek velocity. I'm sure you can find a load that shoots fine with it though.

If I had to use one powder to achieve velocity for everything from 70's to 108's it would be RL17 without a doubt, just seems to be the magic velocity powder for that case.

On 70's with 8208 I got to 3550-3575 before pressure issues, with RL17 3700-3725 is a moderate pressure load. After that it seemed pointless to try it for the heavier slugs.

Also forgot to point out for lower velocity barrel saving loads RL17 is NOT the accurate powder for me, it seems to like to be pushed fairly hard before good results happen, lower pressure RL17 loads don't shoot as well as other powders.
