%80 lower

Does any one know the legalities concerning milling your own %80 lower and making it into an actual functioning fire arm? Any info would be appreciated or were I could find the info I am looking for concerning this subject.

If you check the batfe faq's you might get your anser or call them and tell them it is for competition. It used to be legal and you were allowed one.
