WTF why? 300 grains stabilize with like an 8-9 twist at subsonic speed. Are they trying to get varmint bullet style explosion's out of a 338 by spinning it like crazy?

I’m sure the industry pays people a ton of money to profile the market, but it simply amazes me at some of the stuff they come up with.
AR cartridges are at the top of my pet peeve list. Only so many things you can do with a gasser, and none of them that a 5.56, Grendel, 6.8 or BLK won’t do.

Hey Walt, don't you color code your bullets to prevent such mistakes? I usually catch those kind when I have to put the 4 foot cheater pipe on the Rockchucker's handle. Others I catch when using the deadblow hammer to chamber!

Google it up, it is a cartridge in between the 308Win and 338 Fed. Kind of a souped up 338 Whisper, that JDJ Jones had out years ago.
