Quick question, what Hornady head space comparator is eveyone using for 7mm TCU?

Same comparator you would use for 223 or 222. If you're having a barrel chambered for this ask the smith to make a barrel stub with the reamer. That's the most accurate way.

Yep, I use the .330 for mine.
