I have not tried RL25 powder, so I can't help you in that area. However, H1000 and Retumbo works really well with 180's. I'm currently using Retumbo and is working great.
I shoot it with 180 hybrids out of one, about to switch my second one over to it also. VV N 570 is getting out of my pay grade 
H1000 and Retumbo did little for me, likes the slow stuff.

I shot the gun in warmer weather about 4 weeks ago and had some variance in dope, not sure if the powder is temp sensitive or not? DA was high that day also.
