7MM SAUM powders

Looking at a burn rate chart is it safe to say that Hodgdon SUPERFORMANCE powder could be used in the 7MM SAUM only reason I ask is I have a pound of it a friend gave me. Thank you for any replies

It is right next to H4831 so with that I would say yes. My version of QuickLOAD does not list it so I can't help you there. I've shot H4831 in mine with the 162 gr. A-Max but been meaning to pick up some H1000, which comes highly recommended by some, for the 180 gr. Bergers on the shelf. Hope this helps. Swap it for a pound of H-1000 or Retumbo.
