7mmsaum powders?

What is the go to powder for 7mm saum with 168vld in a 23-24" barrel? Looking for great accuracy and good velocity! Got a 9 twist Krieger that I'm fixing to have chambered up for a defiance action as soon as the reamer arrives.. Thanks

Check out the cartridge guide on this site, h4831sc is the recommended starter and lots of good info in the article. I'm upset as win supreme 780 was great, but discontinued.
