7mm SAUM brass available?

Anybody have any leads on 7mm SAUM brass? I can not find any at all!! I found the Bergers I need but I can't order my reamer, which will take 16 weeks... until I get the brass. I finally got the whole build figured out and now I can't find the brass! >:(

Man this stuff is being asked for everywhere! I to am getting ready to build one and have started my search for brass with no luck :(. I'm curious what you went with for dimensions on your reamer?

How many pieces of brass are you looking for?
Are you interested in 7 SAUM or necked 300 SAUM?

I'm looking at a couple 6gal buckets of Remington virgin brass!

WOW,
3 'phone call-4500pcs

Fitter...If you would care to just go ahead with a 7mm RSAUM chamber, instead of waiting for 7 SAUM brass to turn up in order to develop a model, feel welcome to contact Dave Kiff with Pacific Tool and order the 7 RSAUM reamer that he made for me: Reamer print # 31496, titled 7mm RSAUM Match, dtd 3/22/10. It was developed from Remington brass with seated Berger 180 grain Hybrids. The chamber neck will be slightly longer, but not an issue with the shorter SAUM brass, and you will also be able to use the Remington brass if you can find it.

I'm not totally done yet because I have yet to speak with the gunsmith about freebore, but he will probably say .2845 error to .2847

Here is the data a I used and my planned COAL.

It's the 7mm Berger 180 Hybrid and it will be in a long action

Bullet OAL = 1.529
Boat Tail = 0.220
Bearing surface = 0.459

Case = 2.030
Case neck length = 0.311

Bullet seating depth = 0.486

COAL = 3.073

By my calculations this will put the bearing surface .040 off the edge of
the case neck junction.

I spoke to a fella today who was using a combination of 300SAUM brass necked-down to 7mm and shooting factory loads of 7RSAUM just to get the brass.

Have to admit; this is getting ridiculous. :o

I feel your pain brother.

I've been looking for some months now for Nosler 7 rsaum brass with no luck at all. Got a new build that needs fed!

LOL :-[
I gave up looking for 7mm saum, so I started ringing around and trolling the web trying to find anything.
I don't know if I'm Lucky or Dumb or Both, but I just got 1000 rem 300 saum cases for wait for it $1250.00 Australian dollars, and I think it was the last brass in the country. ( I'm Happy to have paid that )
I just started to Nk them down, No trouble at all, a quick skim and they chamber sweet as.
You guy's just don't know how lucky you are with the price of components.
CCI BR2's $95.00 a brick
180g Berger Hyb $65.00 per 100
VV 165 $ 115.00 per Keg 1kg

Gadget
P.S. the 1000 case's were not just for me but the NSW State Team we all use 7mm saum's
