7mm rsaum build

I am looking at building a competition rifle chambered in 7mm rsaum want to know what ya'll think the best action to build off is? I am on a budget so nothing to crazy expensive would be nice. I heard and was thinking about going with a long action though so that I do not have to seat the bullets so deep.

Good cartridge and a long action will help without limiting your bullet choices.

I think a properly prepared 700 or custom would do the trick.

The Remington 700 or a tikka is was I have been looking at for actions.

People say a lot of good things about the Tikka. I haven't tried them because so much is available for the 700.
