7mm Rem Mag, Powder for 180 VLD's

I just bought a Remington PSS chambered in 7mm Rem Mag. I will be using it for F class at 1000 yards. I have Winchester brass, Federal 215M primers, and plan on using 180 grain Bergers. Can anyone give me a suggestion on which powder to use? I am looking for a combo of accuracy and speed. Any thoughts on the bullet choice?

The 180 Berger is a very good choice with H-4831 powder or H-1000..
H-1000 will fill the case up better than H-4831 will......

I am also trying to work up a load for my 7mm using 180 bergers. I emailed Berger and they were kind enough to email me back with load data with 168's and 180's using different powders. I hope this helps.

I'm using both RL-25,65.0 grains) and H1000,66.4) with my 7WSM and the 180 Bergers seated way out in long throated chamber in my F-Class rig. Both powders work well; the H1000 is a touch slower in velocity, but better ES and SD.
