7mm rem mag 139 sst load needed asap!

hey guys. i need a reasonable load for my 24 inch tikka t3 in 7mm rem mag using 139 gr sst and h1000 powder.
does not need to be super accurate the now just to get me by.. around the 1" or 1.5" would be awsome. my boss just told me that we are going into one of the exsclosiers on thursday. 2 april 2015 and i have no ammunition and have none of my old bullets 168 gr smk's left.
stupidly i have also just pulled the scope of my .243 win so i could put it on my rimfire wich was set to be the next rifle i was needing to use the most..
so somthing with that combo that will serve me to around 300 yrds would be hugley appreciated as i dont have time to do the ladder testing and so forth. load em up check em and use them is what i need to happen..

H1000 is too slow for 139 gr bullet, try a 4350.

the point is it is what i have got. it will work but its not ideal i know. i was just hoping that some one out there has done this and could regurgitate there load.
the nearest store is over an hour away.

Go to the Hodgdon data site. They show one load for it for the 139 grain gmx, which should be close.

Yea its a ballpark. Just hoped someone had an exact load they tryed.
