I think you mean 7mm IHMSA.

Long ago when I shot metallic silhouette, I used accurate 2495br exclusively with a 145 grain bullet. Worked excellent in a 15" barrel.

If you intend to shoot silhouettes, List the powders and bullets you have on hand and shooters that used the 7 IHMSA might offer you some of their data
