7mm hunting bullets

Which 150-160 gr bullets, BT seated to neck/shoulder would suit, 165 thou freebore, 1.5 deg lead with 9.5 twist. 284win for hogs, dogs & deer, out to 600 yd.

You don't say what cartridge.
But i'm getting ready to walk out the door to go bear hunting.
Savage 111 in 7mm Rem Mag. Loaded up some 150gr Nosler ABLR over RL26.

For deer, bear i've used 150gr Nosler Ballistic Tips, Sierra GameKings in 7mm-08, 7mm-08AI, 280 Rem.
Haven't taken an animal with my 284 Win yet.

Out to 600 yards is going to be more the shooter than the bullet.

I've had the 140gr Ballistic Tip work fine in 7mm-08AI. And longest shot on a deer has been with 140gr Berger VLD-H. (413 yards)
Deer went 20 yards.

Yes, not yet built, probably should have looked at bullets earlier.

In a few of the 7mm caliber rifles I have the Barnes 145 LRX works good.

I've have good luck with R-17 in my 284 using 160gr AB (27"barrel). I use that load antelope,deer, elk and I don't hunt every year with 284.
