7mm BR Peterson Brass question.

Has anyone loaded any Peterson 7mm BR brass? If so did you find the capacity to be a bit lower then the old Remington brass?

I loaded some 140 and 120 NBTs yesterday OAL 2.400 on both.

30 Gr of H4895 on the 140s and 32gr of H4895 on the 120's Win SR primer.

Both loads were compressed just a bit and in my old Rem brass data and details they were not they almost but not.

Any feed back think I should be OK but just a sanity check.

I shot 7mmBR for a while and Peterson is the only brass available for it unless you find old brass. Capacity is less because they have a thicker bottom and web than most. Adjust your load and enjoy longer brass life.

Thanks for the 411
I guess at this point does anyone think what I have loaded will be sporty. Based on what I know about this powder in the 223 and compressed loads I think I am fine. But additional feed back is welcome. I am going to shoot a few Friday

I’m shooting one, but cannot compare to Remington brass. Some of my charge weights:

31 W748, 120 TTSX good load 2.29
30 W748 145 Speer good load 2.18

I had been mandrel sizing new cases prior to fire forming and had not gotten back to this rifle to do some further comparison.

The reamer was spec with new Peterson cases dummy rounds with the 139SST, 140 Berger VLDH, and 120TTSX provided.

I have according to notes tried Varget, IMR4064, IMR4895, BLC2. Looks like 31 ish, depending on bullet and coal I was starting to compress.

The 145 Speer was good enough I loaded enough for the “house deer”, should I step out the door and walk 20yds one morning.
