7mm/270 WSM Load

Hi All!
I am in a load develement for my 7mm-270 WSM.

I have Vithavori N165 and the Sierra 7mm 175gr SMK and she is currently going around 3100 fps with 64.5 grain.

Bolt is not that smooth and i like to run her a bit slower.

What fps should i look for with the 175 gr SMK?
Where should i start with the VV n165?
Barrel is a 30” 1/9 twist.
