7828ssc 284 win

Has anyone used 7828 ssc in the 284 i will be using 162 amaxs I'm just looking for information using 7828ssc please if anyone has any decent load data to pass along thanks Adam

quickload: 51 grs is supposed to be 99.9% of case capacity.
which quickload says produces 53091 psi and 2901fps out of a 30 inch barrel

Not 284 but my 7mag loves it with 175ABLRs. 2950 fps

I have used 54 grains with a 180 Hybrid with good results.

I have found that any H4831sc data is normally transferrable, but 7828ssc will give you roughly 30 fps increase over 4831sc. Bare in mind 7828ssc isn't as temperature stable as H4831sc, so factor that in.
As ever start low and work up.

I tried it with Berger 180gr VLD's, it shot just "ok" for me, but not better than H4831sc.
