The 73gr eldm are the ones I’m trying to use. But my remington is a 1-9tw. It’s just not having. Maybe the 1-8 will do better with it.

Yes, I got that. My observations about ordering the 75 ELDMs for an 8-twist were a digression. You should be ok with the 73s using an 8-twist unless shooting at very low elevation in colder temps. See the gray rectangle for 8-twist Sg "Best Case" and "Nominal" predictions at the bottom of the image (below). Either of those 8-twist scenarios should work just fine, whereas the 9-twist "Best Case" Sg might work, but the "Nominal" and "Worst Case" almost certainly would not.
