700 action blued finish

Anyone used one lately? How would you grade the finish on a new blued 700 s/a these days? From pics... the bluing on the receiver appears to be fairly bright, but the bolt is now blued.

the only new ones Ive seen lately are the ADLs and the finish on them is like black paint from a rattle can. With Rem going through the bankruptcy, its hard to say. If I wanted one with a blue finish I wouldnt buy it without looking at it 1st.

I just acquired one in a trade that is unfired. The bore is pathetic. There are what appears to be rust pits all thru out the entire bore, but it is not rust. Looks like bad, maybe recycled metal with inclusions. Metal that wasn't fluxed properly at the mill?? Added a decent trigger and stock and it shoots a nice 2" group. {".....all day long if I do my part....."} Sad that Remington has gone this way.
