7 SAUM Nosler brass

Any one know about the availability of the new promised 7 SAUM brass from Nosler? It was supposed to be out this Spring.

I am having a barrel built now and plan on necking down .300 Norma brass. I've heard mixed reviews about Nosler with complaints about it being soft, only hear say. I'm thinking the Norma may be less expensive also.

I've been necking down 300RSAUM Nosler brass to 7mm. It seems to work fine. I wish I knew who makes it for Nosler, maybe Norma. The weight range of the Nosler is about half of the spread I found in Norma 300RSAUM and the cases have been trimmed to length. My load development has been fine but I haven't shot it enough yet to know how the primer pockets will hold up. The case lengths do end up shorter than the 7mmRSAUM spec by about 0.035 inches, but I'm not sure if that matters yet.

I am also trying to find out when the Nosler 7saum will be here..... I spoke to a guy at nosler and he had no idea other than what their website says. As far as who makes the 300 SAUM brass...... that is Norma. I read an email a while back from the one of the head guys at Norma who in fact stated that they "Norma" do infact produce the 300saum brass for nosler. I dont know if Norma will be making the 7saum headstamp as well.
As for primer pockets on the 300 saum nosler necked down, im on my 4th reload and they are just as tight as new. Also i had to turn my necks down to .013 to fit my .313 neck. If i remember correctly, i had to take almost .002 of material off the necks in 2 passes. They are not thin
