Very similar to my 7SAUM
Berger 190 at 2880 and 183smk at 2905 with R26 in 28” with excellent case life.
R565 it another powder I’d recommend.

I’m running around 3.1-3.2 oal.
H4831ssc was amazing for 160ish grain bullets at short action magazine length.

Im thinkin its going to catch up with you eventually. Ive pushed them hard before as well.
Its just not worth the headache ..at least for me.

No clickers the entire life of the barrel.

Thank you for working all the way through this Frank. Using the Hornady pressure and velocity data I was able to build, and history match a Quickload dataset for the Berger 180 Hybrid using N-555. The model now matches the data that I am seeing from my new 31" Bartlein 5R barrel using N-555. The QL barrel times seem to identify nodes that match up pretty well with the OBT spreadsheet and are similar to what I see reported as sweet spots.
