7.5x55 brass - convert to 284 Win?

Have converted 284 Winchester brass to 7.5x55, but can one convert new 7.5x55 to 284 brass?

Besides SUPER expensive, 284 Winchester is hard to find.

Just buy 284 brass for 284. Going in reverse the head of 7.5X 55 is .004 too small ...the shoulder would have to be blown forward .025" and formed to 35°shoulder from 30.5°and blown out from .457" dia to .475" on the shoulder for the 284 Win. Which means fire forming all the cases with false shoulder or hard jam proceedures...but the case head is .004" too small...before it touches any barrel steel, and that's a big deal...I'd be almost comfortable with .002" but not .004"...leaving a head bulge, when fireformed ...seems like primer pockets would expand somewhat on the first fireforming load.
