How heavy can I go. I hope to hear that a 80 gr works great, and that some have toyed with success some 90's. I'm all ears, thanks!!

Pick a bullet, input the elevation and expected atmospheric conditions, and different twist rates to see how the various .224 bullets will fare. Unless you're pushing them at 3200+ fps, the 90s will not work well in a 7.5-twist. With the .223 Rem at ~2850 fps, a 7.0-twist is just what you want, fast enough twist to get good performance, but not so fast you start shedding jackets. Even at 3200 fps, you're giving up a fair bit of the intrinsic BC with a 7.5-twist barrel. It'd be great for the 80-grainers, but a 7.25 would be a better choice for the 90s at 3200 fps.
