One good thing about the 30/30 parent case is bolt thrust is pretty low due to the rather small inside diameter at the case web.
Michael Turner runs some pretty impressive pressures with his 30/30/ Benchrest Rifle
I would think a 7-30 Waters would act the same.

Jackie, thank you for not saying "Well, you just multiply breech pressure by case head area.". I want to scream any time I read it.
