7-270 wsm loads

Hi,
I have just started load development for a 7-270 wsm barrel it's a 1 in 8 twist .
I have 180 - 184 and 195 grain Bergers . The reamer is throated long.
I have just about got 120 rounds fired now I want to start serious load development.
Anyone have any powder preferences?
My 4813sc loads are accurate but a little slow.
I have some h1000 and reloader 22 - 26 and 33 .

You have a good starting inventory right there.

61gr 4831sc is my best

reloader 25 around 65gr and similar for h1000

so would think 63gr reloader 26....it’s slower but more dense

all this is 180 hybrid 8.75 twist, hot humid

What would you be getting for velocity?

4831 was about 2940

RL 25 was 3045

I dunno if they post much, but maybe p.m. @cf or @longshot406 , as they have a lot of time behind the 727 wsm. I do believe rl22 was a go to powder for 180s, and possibly rl26???for 195s...May have been a full case of 33 for the heavies as well.

I'd be intrested in 7mm 270 loads.
I've recently bought one and load already sorted..
32 inch 1 in 9 bartlein
180gr hybrids
67.5grs of H1000
Fed gold magnum primer
Norma brass.
3050fps and the ES was 8fps over the couple of cartridges I had left to try.. rifle came with some loaded rounds..
I tinkered with them and tried them different seating depths as they came jammed and I don't do jamming..
Sweet spot was 10 to 15 jump..
If be intrested in 184gr hybrids.
190gr hybrids and the 190gr A tips..

I have been playing with my 7/270 recently. I am wanting to shoot the 168 vld but have tried the 180 hybrid as well. RL23 around 63.5-64 depending on lot for 168’s. And H1000 66.5-67.5 with 180 hybrids

Chatted with Cody yesterday and it was rl33 those guys had luck with the 195s fyi.
