6XC reamer, CIP or SAAMI???

I am looking at having one of my rifles rebarreled from its current setup for benchrest to a lighter barrel so I can use the rifle for hunting. It is currently set up in 6XC, and I wish to keep the 6XC setup. The gunsmith I am working with is trying to locate a reamer, and says there is CIP and SAAMI.
Could someone explain to me the difference in the 2 reamers?

I have a JGS 6XC reamer. But before buying the JGS reamer I spoke with PT&G and they had a 6XC reamer in stock.

CIP is the European sammi. Don't be to worried about it. Ptg or jgs will know what to make you. Just tell them what style and weight of bullet you are going to shoot.
