I find it interesting than both of these rifles have the same problem. Different reamers, barrels, everything

Make it 3 rifles. My rifle is a Rem 700 Milspec re barrelled to 6xc with a locally made (Australian) 1:8 twist barrel. I am using the exact same load of 37.5gr of AR2209 (H4350) with a Nosler RDF 105 gr bullet. Velocity is 2850 fps with a SD of 8. Load any higher and not only does the SD go up quickly but so does pressure. Given that I only shoot back to 800 yards or so I have just been happy with the great accuracy and not worried about trying to load higher. When I read about people getting 3000fps with 115gr DTACs I am envious. I suppose I shoulkd get good barrel life though.

Was hoping to find someone with the issue that found a different powder that worked. But I guess ill just keep experimenting.

Seen other threads on here where RL17 was used with reported success.

My accuracy node is @3050 fps with 41gr. 4831sc and 115gr. Berger VLD Target bullets.

Just an update for anyone else interested. RE 16 seems to be the answer. Found node at 39g with ES of 15 over 20 rounds. 3080fps. This is extremely close to pressure issues as I found ejector marks at 39.4 and heavy bolt lift with flattened primers at 39.8
