I,ve used 39.3 grns of rl-17 with good results w/105 vld. oal =2.75
current load is 38.8 of H-4350. You could try I-4831, same burn rate as H-4350, I haven't yet.
Norma 204 also showed promise but I did not continue development.
My experience is H-4350 will burn throats out at a faster rate than any other powder.
