6x47 Lapua Barrel Length

I am building a 6x47 Lapua.Waiting now on the Farley Black Widow action.Already have the McMillan Edge stock and Jewell trigger.Trying to decide on barrel length.Will be shot at 500,600 and 1000.Going with 1 in 8 twist for the heavier long range bullets.Was going to go 28" length,but am wondering how much more velocity a 30" will give.At a 1000 a little extra speed can mean a lot.

Steve, I am getting 3060 fps with a 105 gr. Berger VLD on top of 41.0 gr. of VV N560 in a 28" barrel with no signs of pressure. The 30" tube might give you a bit more but I don't have any idea how much. Bill
