Where can a person get a 6ppc with a neck of .271 or .272? Needed for a savage. Thanks tootalloutdoors

Who is going to do your gunwork? If you plan to buy a blank and have it fit and chambered to your rifle, you need to have a reamer with your desired neck diameter.
If you are looking for a pre threaded and chambered barrel ask the supplier if they offer that neck diameter.

The barrel is comming from Fred at sharp shooters supply. It's going to be a pre-fit barrel. I'm just guessing at a 14 twist for short range targets. tootalloutdoors
