6PPC USA powders for 55gr. bullets?

I have a Sako 75 Varminter in 6PPC with a 1x12" barrel. I have been using Nosler 55 gr. BT bullets with Vit N133, Fed 205m's and Lapua cases for gophers and coyotes. However lately I have been getting some soot on the cases in cold weather, just below 0 Cel. A friend told me that N133 great for 70's but is too slow for 55's.
Any recommendations for faster burning powders for the 55's?

N130 will work, as will H4198 I would guess.

I am using 28+ grs of 130 with the 55 b-tips.
