I'm having my 6BR rebarrelled in 6mmBR-DX later this year once a suitable barrel is procured. The BR-DX is basically a 6BR case with a 40-degree shoulder and very slight body taper reduction that gives a small increase in case capacity, but retains the standard design's long neck - a 6mmBR AI if you like.

David Stripling whose rifle is featured in gunweek 60 obtained neck-size and seater dies by getting a 6mmBR Redding Competition set and having the dies' internal case-supporting sleeves 'rechambered' by the gunsmith using the chamber reamer. Seems fair enough!
However, cases needed a run through a body die after a few firings and this was obtained by buying a die blank and specifying a slightly undersize BR-DX reamer from PT&G to be used as a sizing reamer. No doubt effective, but one imagines rather pricey buying both blank and a second reamer, not to mention the cost of gunsmith's time.
Does anybody have any alternative suggestions, apart from thne obvious one of junking cases when they start to get tight in the chamber? A gunsmithing friend thinks the .243 Win AI is very similar to the 6mmBR-DX in the neck / shoulder / uupper body section, so an off the shelf sizer die could be employed after reducing its body length at the bottom to suit the short 6BR case. Has anybody tried this approach?
Thanks,
