6mmAR donuts?

I am thinking of building a 6mmAR based on a 7.63x39mm CZ527 action. However I am concerned about donut problems because bullet must be seated rather deeply to fit into the magazine, 2.30" AOL.I have a SAKO III in 6PPC USA and donuts are a problem with heavy bullets.
Has anyone any experience with loading the 6mmAR?

Thanks for your help, Jay

Donuts happen when necking up, not down. When ya neck up, part of the shoulder becomes part of the neck...there is your donut. When necking down, part of the neck becomes a part of the shoulder. Prior to fireforming the brass, there may be a slight bulge on the outside of the case at the neck shoulder junction that will go away when fired. This is not what is referred to as a donut, and it will go away when fired and not affect anything.---Mike Ezell

Mike - Thanks for the info. One is never too old to learn new stuff. I am going to proceed with my project based on your info.

Thanks again, Jay
