6mmAI with Reloader17

HI Everyone
I have read very little on RL17. Was wondering if it would work in a 6mm AI. Right now I am using Ramshot Hunter and a 87gr v-max. Also want to try the 105's hornady and berger. Any help on this and load data would help.

I called Alliant the other day and asked them about this powder. The tech told me that it is very similar to IMR 4350, So with that being said that should give you something to go by. He told me the powder was designed for the new short 6mm like the 6xc, 6x47 lapua, etc. Information for it off their web site. http://www.alliantpowder.com/products/reloder_17.htm

They do have Data for a 6mm rem on their website with reloader 17.

My guess is you will have alot of empty case left with the Reloader 17. I shoot a 6mm AI with the 87 Vmax and I did alot of load development. With Rl 25 It was compressed and I could not get enough powder in the case. I get stellar results with Rl 22.
