6mm twist rate question

I just got a 6mm Remington AI, heavy/varmint contour barrel with the action I really wanted. With a cleaning rod I estimate the twist to be 1-10". Not fast enough to shoot the high BC bullets, I was kinda bummed but did not really need the barrel.
My question is on the site there a 6mm blanks for sale with 1-14" for sale new and used. What bullets are they for? What competition type shooting are they for? I am probably wrong but I thought high BC less wind drift, smaller groups for any style competition.

I have a 6mmbr with a one in ten twist, it shoots lights out with Berger 95 gr. VLD,s. I have tried 103 gr. Spencers, not so good. I hope this info. will save you time and money. Tommy Mc
