6mm remington 600yd Prone Loads

Just built up a 722 in 6mm with a 24" hart 1/8 barrel in this caliber. Im looking for load data to shoot the 105 class of bullets, specifically the nosler 105 bthp and the Hornady 105 bthp, which I have on hand.
Powders I have availible are
Imr 4064, Have lots
H and Imr 4895, again have lots
xbr 8208 ( cant find any data on this ), again have lots
blc2
748
4350
anybody with a similar setup have any loads with these powders?

I have had SEVERAL 6mm Rems and their Ackley counterparts and H4831 is excellent. If you are going to use it for hunting as opposed to competition, RL-22 is another stellar powder for that round.. The powders you have, with the exception of 4350 (IMR or H?) are way too fast burning for just about all bullets in that caliber, but especially the 105 class.

I had a 700 VLS 6 Rem with 9 twist and it shot well 105 AMax and 107 Sierra with RL22 and IMR7828,,with the case crammed full it would go around 3200 with 26 inch barrel,,

with the 9 twist it shot best with the 87 VMax and RL19

With the 6mm Rem/6AI you need more than a 24 inch barrel to take advantage of it's case capacity, 26 " barrel at least.
With the larger case capacity and longer barrel it can utilize the slower powders to advantage.
With the 24 inch barrel it is pretty much in the same category as a 243 cartridge like the .243 Winchester though it will achieve slightly higher velocities than the 243 Winchester.

Both of these rounds use the exact same bullet diameter .243, just different cases and capacities.

I've had two 6mm rem. the first one like imr 4350 but the other one a rem. vls didn't like the imr 4350 with the 95 gr. smk so I tried varget and it shot very well with a max. load of varget. I shot this load in our local groundhog matches and it did very well.
