6mm Norma BR bore question

After I complete my current build I'm going to start another this summer it will be chambered in 6 mm Norma BR. When I was reading Kriegers web page I see there is an option for a .236 or a .237 bore dia. What is the differents all about..also I plan on shooting the 95gr. Bullets sierra /Berger..and do you guys like SS.or CM. Barrels.
Thank you

I like the stainless and the .237 bore. I believe they make the .236 for guys that like the tight bore. Maybe match shooters using custom bullets or bullets with a smaller diameter. I built a Krieger in a .236 bore in a Dasher and couldn't get the velocity I wanted before I hit pressure. Maybe that was because of the longer bullets used for long range. Matt

I also have and prefer the stainless and .237" bores. All Kriegers, with one being my first and only .236". My standard load that worked from day one with the .237's had to be tweaked to get it to perform with the .236". For me, a little extra work, but it's doing well now, still on the new side with only 270 rounds fired. Would I buy another .236"? Doubt it.

ballistic64: First thing I tried after trying my usual 105 Bergers, number 24428. Could not see any difference in my barrel, others may have success. Still have 300 of the Lapua Scenars remaining.

Thanks guys..I kind of thought it had to be a bullet specific matter..I will go with the
S.S. .237 bore dia. Also I assume for the 95 gr. Bullets I would want an 8 twist barrel..I will be shooting 200-300 yards..

I've been waiting to get my .236 bore for 11 months now {Kreiger} The last .236 bore was actually .2364", and was the fastest 6br I've shot, with Xmuncher capibilities.
