6mm Dasher w/ 75gr bullets

Hey, I'm looking for what kind of velocities you guys are getting from 70-80gr bullets out of the dasher. I'm torn between the dasher and a .243 AI. Any load data would be appreciated too.

I have a 12 twist Dasher waiting for a stock....

My intended fodder is the 75 and 87 Vmax bullets,i suspect velocities in the 3500 range with the 75`s.

I`ve been told that the 87`s will reach 3400 with VV N135,but i have yet to try ANY loads with this rifle.....too much recoil without the stock for me..... ;D

I`m also interested in what others have to say about velocities with these two bullets....

The closest I have shot is a 22" barrel with 85 gr varmint bergers. I believe I was around 3400.

In my 6 Dasher shoot 75 gr Vmax or HP with 33.5 gr of Hodgdon Benchmark
and 7 1/2 primer at 3325 fps on varmints. Try 33.2 gr and 33.5 to see which
is best for your barrel. I jump them about .010
