What size bushings would be best for this? I need a range of three sizes. I ordered a Kiff .272 no turn reamer and I don't have the barrel chambered yet.

Bushing size is determined by Neck wall thickness x2, plus the diameter of the bullet, minus the amount of tension you want. An example would be factory Lapua brass that has not been turned and the neck wall measures .0125". You want to try .003 tension and your bullet diameter is .243.

Neck Wall thickness twice -.0125x2= .025
plus bullet diameter- .025+.243= .268
Amount of tension - .268 - .003 = .265 Bushing.

If it is new Lapua brass and you aren't neck turning and the wall thickness is close to the example, a .266 is probably a good starting point. One smaller, one bigger to complete your set?

Edit: OHHHHH. you are talking about pilot bushings. Please disregard what I posted above.

i also have a .272 no turn and my blue box lapua 6br brass with 105gr berger hybrids is .269 loaded and am using a .267 bushing atm but i will be trying a .268 soon but a .266, .267 and .268 should have you covered
