6mm creedmoor max loads with 87 v-max

alright guys im having a debate with another person. their telling other guys their getting 3550 fps with the 87grain v-max in a 26 inch barrel and 44.5 grains of H4350 IN a 6mm creedmoor . i call bullshit on this. im running a 6mm creedmoor as well with 80 grain nosler ballistic tip with 45 grains of reloder 17 and a cci450 primer and it will only push it 3520 fps . My point here is how many guys here side with me and think this is a bullshit story of him getting 3550 fps with a 87 v-max in a 6mm creed with 44.5 grains of h4350 !!

hornadys max load says 45 grains is 3350 fps.

its a guy in the internet. i told him i bet money if you run that across my garmin its going to tell a different story.

My brother in law built a custom 6mm creedmoor several years back. 26 in barrel and a custom good action. If i remember correctly he was getting just barly over 3k fps with 108 gr bullets and H4350. I bought a ruger american predator that has a 22in barrel. With same H4350 and a 108 eldm im getting 2,955 fps. He has 4 inches more barrel and about 55 fps faster than mine factory rifle. Heres another, 6.5 creedmoor browning x-bolt with a 28 in barrel. Im using H4350 and 140gr bergers getting 2730 fps. Bought a savage 110 with a 24 in barrel. Using R16 and 140 eldm im getting 2831fps. Some barrels are faster than others. Also is he running a large primer or small primer like you? In my 308 my large rifle primed brass is faster than palma brass with same powder charge. 205 vs a 210 primer, both Lapua brass and same bullets and charge weight. Not worth arguing sometimes.

my rock chuck rifle is a 6mm rem ackley shooting 87vmax's at 3550fps but, with 48grs of imr 4831 and that's pushing it hard.
