Yep, but the necks are going to blow pretty far out.

I assume you are talking about a .272" chamber for no-turn brass which runs about .2695 with a bullet seated. If your brass is .263" with a bullet seated then the neck will expand .0045" per side, less a little springback. Not ideal, but it's shootable.

If this is new freshly turned brass, you might consider selling it--you might get a premium over virgin brass.
 
Definitely don't worry about it. That's only 6 thousands neck growth. Many factory chambers have that much clearance.
 
It is typical to fire brass in the 6 BR for many, many firings. Your clearance is on the large side, especially since you have thinned the necks, and as soon as you start to see a neck or two splitting, anneal the cases with a propane torch and you will be able to save the rest of the batch of cases.
