6MM BR Long load data?

I'm new to your forum. I just picked up a Savage action, Mcmillan bench stock, with hart 1-8" 27" barrel in 6mm br long. I also have 200 cases of norma formed brass from the previous owner,but did not know him on-line bye, ready to load. I have all the equipment, dies,etc. I'm not new to reloading just want to save some time and start popping primers. Anybody help me out on starting loads. I am starting with Berger 105 vld's, thanks.

MARINER, Try 29.5 to 30.5grns of Varget, a 105grn Bullet and a CCI 450 primer. It seems the 6BR loves 30.3grns of Varget. Try it out, I bet it will work very well for you.

or try norma203-b powder, also at 30.3grains, 450 primer.

Hey, guys this a 6mm BR LONG,aka 6x44), the two previous posts seem's a little too low a charge to me.

In this day and age I wuld look at the 6 x 47 load data and reduce it a lil' ...good place to start...Roger
