6mm Dasher Fireform load

Starting a dasher project looking to load and shoot not use false shoulder. Using varget with 105 berger vld's. Rifle is a rechambered savage br with a .272 no turn neck. New to the BR Family any advice will help thank you.

31 grains of varget with bullet jamed in the lands + .020

Had 100% quality results using 29.5 gr. Varget with 107 Sierra's jammed .025".

I think this was covered on an other thread, but Blow length has to be uniform and is governed by the load and the bullet used. The chamber has to be dry and the rounds free of lube. A false shoulder is the best and if you turn necks you can use the neck turner to set the shoulder.
In a 1.570 chamber you will need a blow length of at least 1.550 - 1.555,after two firings they don't get any longer,you may go all summer to gain a couple thousands. Maybe Donovan will chime in he knows more than I do on this subject.........jim

Started FF for a BRX and the length seems to vary a bit. Is this common?
