6mm br help!!

This one has me stumped!
i just started shooting my new 6mmbr which was smithed by lester bruno. its a bat action, kreiger barrel, 1/8, 28 inches, mcmillian MBR stock. chamber is 6mm br norma with a .269 neck throated for 105-107 bullets.
i have spent the last two days and have fired approx. 180 rounds down the tube and i can not get this thing to shoot and i am just about ready to give up. i have tried 107 and custom made 108 with bad results. i was shooting 8208 and varget.
The 8208 shot ok but showed sign of pressure at my best accuracy load of 29.5 grains. speed was 2790. i was able to shoot two groups in the .2's, when i duplicated the load it would go to .5 every time. i shot the varget and had a accuracy load of 30.5 grains at 2805 and produced a few groups at .2's but could never duplicate the groups. it always falls back to around .5 with some unexplained flyers.
I then loaded the varget up and some 107 and went to the range and shot 2.3 inch 3 shot group at 550 and a 4.3 inch group at 612. so not to bad just could be a little better.
One thing i noticed is that the rounds are extremely hard to chamber even with new brass. i tried bumping the shoulder which did not help the problem. i am aslo running .003 on the neck clearance. i am shootin CCI 450 that produce best accuracy and velocity spreads were around 10 FPS. i just can not figure out why the brass is so hard to chamber, and why this thing is so radical. One time it will shoot great and then with the same brass same load two min. later it will open up to .5, point of impact will also change when trying to duplicate the load, it is just strange. i think some thing is going on in the chamber which is giving me pressure spikes and thats probably why iit is so hard to chamber the loads, but i cant figure out why. maybe the chamber is that tight that i have to full lenght size or get a custom die made, i just dont know! I also worked with seating depth and tried just about every aption. i have tried everything that i can think of so if i am missing anything please let me know. Probably going to call lester on Monday for some advice also.

Any help would be great!!!

first, check your scope. and make sure the rings/base are tight (as mentioned above)
2nd, make sure the action screws are tight.
3rd, make sure there's no possible hardware issues causing your trouble.
4th, read below:

I just tried 8208 as well... the pressure doesn't agree with our needs for long range in the little BR case. Someone will make it work one of these days. It's very close.

I've spoken to a few people that simply can NOT get the 107's to work. 103's = YES. 105's = YES, 107/108 = use a 6BR improved (Dasher, BRX, etc). Of course, there are guys using 107/108 in the 6BR and doing very well with them (More so at 600 than 1000). If you can't get them to work in your gun, just move down a hair, and try the 105's. (The BC is still high on the 105's, you won't loose much!)

Varget does well in my BR... 30.3gr gave me the best 600yd group to date, though I've done little testing at that range. 2.0" of vertical. (Using a Berger 105 VLD, just touching the lands).

I tested RL15 in the BR yesterday... the most accurate load I've found at 300 yards. Shot a ladder test, and found 31.5gr shot a group at 300yds with .171" of vertical. I almost sh*t myself when I pulled that target!!!

If you've exhausted your efforts with the components on hand, try changing them one at a time, and see what you come up with.

edit: Almost forgot... Make sure your barrel is ACTUALLY an 8 twist. If it's slower, the heavier bullets will go all over the place at longer ranges.

I have found with Varget 107 Sierra and 108 Berger's like to be in the lands, what are you experiencing.............

You have a tight chamber 6br. You need the x9 body die, it's .003 smaller than the v8 body die. Call Redding and talk to them about it. They make two 6br sizing dies. I had the same problem.

Yep i agree i need to figure out the tight brass problem first. I think once i get it to fit right it, will help the problem a lot. The new brass is real tight and after looking at it some more today i found that it is wearing shinny all the way around the brass about .100 back from the shoulder body junction so i dont think its a shoulder issue. it seems that the circumference of the brass is to large. i take all of your advice and work on the problem will post back when i figure it out then we will tackle the flyer isssue if its still there.

once again thanks for the help!!

Yes, better accuracy. It also got rid of the flyer problem I had. Make sure you have or try 2 to 3 thousands neck tension, that will also help with the flyers.
