6MM BR brass source

Good day, gentlemen. I'm new to the forum but I've been shooting and reloading for over 50 years. I'd like to dip my toes into the 6BR pool but can't find a source for brass. Seems like Lapua is sold out everywhere. Has anyone got any suggestions?

Just can't bring myself to build a new rifle if I can't source the brass.

Currently there is no Lapua 6 BR brass available to my knowledge. Seems it becomes available every 2 to 3 months but is gone quickly. Best sources are Grafs and Precisin Reloading normally. Both should have a "Notify me" option when they get it in stock but you have to be quick.

Well you could always put a wanted ad on here for it. I have done so with success. I would also look in to Peterson brass. A lot of threads on here comparing the two side by side.

I ended up with Lapua for my 6br and 30br builds. Once my 30BR is done and I find a load for it with Lapua, I am going to try a load with Peterson and if it shoots equal or better, I’ll be done with Lapua for good.

The Peterson brass is good.
I've had excellent accuracy with Norma 6 Br brass as well, but it doesn't seem to take the pressure as well as Lapua and Peterson, so I choose to shoot the lower accuracy node with it

Peterson did well when I had my 6BRX with no issues. Just started blowing out some for my 30BR and so far so good.

I have been shooting Peterson in a Dasher I am trying to figure out. The brass works good. Zero problems. Low es. The primer pockets are holding up similar to Lapua in other cartridges.
I have and could use new Lapua if need be in the Dasher.

I would not hesitate to buy Peterson again. As a matter of fact, I bought 100 pieces off of this site a week ago.

We're living in a time where Lapua brass is difficult to source but it's by far the best, IME and 2nd place is pretty distant to it. As someone else said, post a wtb ad in the classifieds here and I bet someone has some. Just grit your teeth and bear it when they price it though.
