6mm SLR... Winchester brass availability issues?

Gentlemen,
Thinking about a 6mm SLR and having read the source data I am aware of the recommendation to use Winchester Brass. I have no problem with that, as I like Winchester Brass, other than availability. I simply can't find it in stock... Lapua .243 Winchester is available almost everywhere... Donuts I know... Thoughts? Your input is greatly appreciated...

There is a whole thread somewhere on using Lapua brass.

If you are seated long enough to keep the bearing surface above he doughnut then you should be fine. I think the other option is inside reaming your necks.

I do not own a 6SLR, but my understanding is that you can run other domestic brass in it also, like the 6mm Competition Match.
