6mm Barrel Spec question

I'm building either a 6.x47Lapua or 6 Dasher. And I'm getting ready to order my barrel.

I have located the following 2 barrels:

1: 6mm - 1:7.5 twist - 4 groove - .237 bore - 28in finish length

2: 6mm - 1:7.5 twist - 5R - .236 bore - 28in Finish length

Both are Kriegers. Ive always used 4 groove and have no experience with the 5R. But from the little research ive had time to do, people seem to really like the .236 bore. Is it worth getting the .236 bore with 5R rifling (which I may not like)...or should I stick with the 4 groove that I like and live with the .237 bore.

I'm lost here.

Doug

PS: Plan on shooting 105-115g VLDs from 0-1200yds. Steel plates, and PRS matches mostly

I can't verify for a Krieger but I have shot Broughton 5C barrels that shot great. I don't believe you would see that much difference between a .236 and a .237.

I like the 5R barrels I've used and all of my clients have given me good reports on them. Not any more accurate but they seem to clean a little easier. .236" vs .237", I'm still on the fence.
