Apparently, there are lots of people who can flute out there. All kinds of crazy stuff!! I have seen it! I have one customers that sends all of my prefits out for corkscrew fluting.

Would be good for something in the 6 BR family shooting 80grn FB bullets at 100-600yds .

Those 1 in 12 twist are great for 65gr-73 bullets. I have a few them in Savage barrels and I have bought one of these Wilson barrel but have yet to shoot it but expect it will be great.

Received my 12 twist heavy barrel chambered in 6br from Brad Friday . Installed today and started load development using Bart's 80 Dominators and 8208 . Started getting a sticky bolt around 3000fps so switched to Varget and really looking good at around 3120 fps . This thing is going to be a hammer . Wind got up so I will continue on a calm day . I was hesitant to try one of these barrels but this one will not be my last . Thanks Brad for a great barrel , your willingness to help and fast delivery .

Man,that is so cool. I haven't had anyone give me feedback on the 12 twist. That twist really should make the 80 grain go to sleep.

That 104 Fb is pretty nice with those 80s too huh?

Yes the 104 fb works well . The base of the 80 is a little over half way down the neck at about .005 in the lands . Gonna try some 68's later .

The Berger flat backs will be even further in the neck. You really should try some. They really do shoot.

Yes I did. They shot 1 inch of vertical at 600. I was very impressed.
